Janusz is a Digital Project Manager at Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Before joining Castik, Janusz was a Systems Transformation Manager at Aztec Group in Luxembourg, where he was responsible for technical delivery within various system implementation projects. He started his career at State Street Bank GmbH servicing Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS funds.

Janusz holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Cracow University of Economics and a joint Master + MBA from Clark University in Worcester and Cracow School of Business.
