We are pleased to have supported Andra Tech Group in its acquisition of F.K. Instrument Co., LLC (“FK Instrument”), a manufacturer specialising in high precision machining of parts and components, based in Clearwater, Florida. Since we partnered with Andra Tech Group in September 2024, the group has already completed two acquisitions in Europe. The addition of F.K.
