Prior joining Castik, Carmen  was a fund controller for Private Equity Funds at Astorg (Luxembourg).

She began her career in 2014 as a financial auditor at Deloitte, first in Madrid, Spain, and later in Luxembourg.

Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Malaga University and a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from Madrid Autonomous University.
