Donata is an ESG manager at Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Prior to joining Castik, Donata worked in KPMG UK’s Deal Advisory practice, where she advised private equity clients and portfolio companies on ESG due diligence, regulatory compliance, and the development of tailored ESG strategies.

Donata holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and a BBA from Hult International Business School.
