Prior to Castik, Philipp was a consultant for 3 years at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Private Equity-related transaction and transformation projects across TMT, Healthcare and Advanced Industries.

Before McKinsey, Philipp gained mid-market M&A experience at Doktor.de, as well as investment experience at Vanda Asset Management, a London-based cross-asset hedge fund.

Philipp holds a M.Sc. in Finance from University of St. Andrews with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
