Victoria is Communications Manager at Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Prior to joining Castik, Victoria worked for MML Capital overseeing their ESG engagement and before that, she spent many years at Aberdeen Asset Management where she specialised in investor relations for their private equity funds. She began her career at Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns before joining Campbell Lutyens' second advisory team.

Victoria holds a first class Masters Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh and enjoyed an international exchange scholarship at UCLA.
